We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with extensive experience in construction management to lead our team in Nagothane. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with international teams, and develop your skills in project management, engineering, and leadership.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, contribute to project planning, and maintain accurate records of construction progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, and material procurement.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and identify potential issues or risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate delays, optimize resources, and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues and achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech., or Ph.D.).
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in construction management, with at least 10 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
