Responsibilities:

  • Data Engineering Expertise: Develops and maintains scalable data pipelines and builds out new API integrations to support increasing data volume and complexity.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.
  • Quality Assurance: Implements processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes.
  • Analysis and Design: Candidates must have experience in analysis and design of business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Azure cloud computing including big data technologies.
  • Understanding of data modelling concepts.
  • Experience designing and building Data Platforms integrating disparate data sources.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Big Data solutions using Microsoft Data Platform and Azure Data Services.
  • Proficient in programming languages: Python, Scala, SQL, Spark-SQL.
