Job Title: Utilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Utilities Manager to join our team in Thrissur, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of utility systems (Cooling Towers, Compressors, Pump House, ETP & STP etc.)
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility systems, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations and adherence to safety and efficiency standards
  • Plan and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Monitor utility equipment performance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain adequate spare parts inventory for critical equipment to ensure operational continuity
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to meet plant requirements
  • Prepare reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Lead and guide a team of technicians/operators in utility operations and maintenance

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Utility Equipment & Mechanical Maintenance, a Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
