We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging role in our operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our business, including data entry, expense management, and day-to-day coordination with hospital branches.

Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities. As an Operations Executive, you will be the point of contact for all hospital branches and will be responsible for ensuring that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry and Compilation: You will be responsible for entering data into our system and compiling reports as required.
  • Expense Management: You will manage expenses for our hospitals and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Day-to-Day Coordination: You will be the main point of contact for all hospital branches and will coordinate with them on a daily basis to ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office: You should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and be able to create complex spreadsheets and reports.
  • Knowledge of Google Drive: You should have experience using Google Drive and be able to share files and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Advance Excel Skills: While not essential, having knowledge of advanced Excel skills would be a plus.
