Technology Infrastructure Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and deploying on-premise patching, onboarding SSO applications, remediating Prime on vulnerability fixes, and monitoring the health of existing infrastructure. They will provide ongoing level 2 and level 3 support for the MetLife SSO infrastructure globally across US, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Upgrading infrastructure SSL certificates and federation partnership certificates.
  • Troubleshooting using monitoring tools like Splunk and open resource tools to fine-tune alerts and enable proactive monitoring.
  • Onboarding SSO applications based on business requirements and testing them.
  • Supporting RSA and Cyber Ark.
  • Deploying and administering single sign-on (SSO) solutions using CA SiteMinder.
  • Installing and configuring Policy Servers and web servers (Apache, Iplanet, IBM HTTP Server, and IIS).
  • Setting up policies, rules, realms, responses, and authentication schemes.
  • Configuring user directories and directory mappings for authentication and authorization.
  • Implementing federation using SAML 2.0.

This role requires a high degree of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have experience with technology infrastructure and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of CA SiteMinder and related tools.
  • Understanding of security protocols and threat analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
