Account Manager Role

As an experienced account manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, comprehending their staffing needs, and exceeding their expectations.

This key role is essential in expanding our local and national accounts while demonstrating our commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions.

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships within the technology and IT staffing sector.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems (experience with relevant platforms).
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science).
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the technology and IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, and network technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
