**Job Description**

A talented and ambitious individual with a passion for business solutions is required to join our team. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of business processes, including Accounts, Sales/Purchase, Human Resources, Payroll, and Point of sale.

The role involves delivering demonstrations to existing and prospective clients, developing solution design, and leading clients throughout the implementation and support phases. A key responsibility will be evaluating customers' business requirements, needs, and objectives and transforming them into company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.

Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex customer issues related to data and processes, preparing a detailed scope of work resulting from personalization sessions with our customers in the pre-sales phase, and documenting customer requirements and coordinating implementation with technical consultants and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging demonstrations to clients.
  • Develop effective solution designs.
  • Lead clients through the implementation process.
  • Evaluate customers' business needs.
  • Resolve complex customer issues.
  • Prepare detailed scopes of work.
  • Document customer requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience and a strong background in Odoo version 14, 15, 16, and 17 Community and Enterprise Editions. Good knowledge of Business Processes, Sales & Accounts is essential, as well as previous experience in Odoo Implementation.

Additional requirements include excellent planning and presentation skills, the ability to influence customers to modify current business practices, and the ability to manage scope and expectations with the customer.
