Technical Leader for SAP ABAP Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to oversee the development and implementation of SAP ABAP projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions for SAP ABAP projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including functional teams and business leaders.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team.
  • Expertise in one or multiple functional modules from programming perspective.
  • In-depth understanding of Development Life Cycles.

Skills:

  • At least 3-4 SAP Implementation/support project experience.
  • Experience using SAP ABAP, WebDynpro and UI5.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
