About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Mrsool. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for developing and leading data science projects from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will act as a thought leader within the organization, guiding data-driven decisions across product development, operations, and marketing. Your expertise in machine learning algorithms and statistical methods will be crucial in building, refining, and deploying models to solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading data science projects from concept to deployment
  • Acting as a thought leader within the organization, guiding data-driven decisions
  • Building, refining, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business challenges
  • Leveraging statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and optimization techniques to drive insights from complex data sets
  • Working closely with product, engineering to understand their needs, provide actionable insights, and drive improvements in our delivery platform
  • Presenting and communicating data insights and models to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner
  • Partnering with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and a scalable data infrastructure
  • Identifying and implementing new tools, libraries, or platforms to enhance our data capabilities
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements

What We Are Looking For
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data science roles, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects from ideation to execution
  • Expertise in machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) and statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis, hypothesis testing)
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex analyses into strategic insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and developing teams
