Unlocking Healthcare Insights: A Senior Analytics Consultant Role

We seek a seasoned Senior Analytics Consultant to leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to drive impactful outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments across Australia and globally.

As a Senior Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact outcomes by leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and RWD. You will support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.

  • Deliver high-impact outcomes by leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and RWD
  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities
  • Build and optimize automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions that align with our platform vision
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams to share best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying
Key Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years' experience working with pharma clients leveraging longitudinal real-world patient datasets
  • Strong solutioning mindset and client communication skills
  • Team leadership and technical excellence in advanced SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel
  • Healthcare analytics background with real-world/claims/EMR data

This role requires strong collaboration skills and an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
