Job Title: Python Application Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain robust applications with a strong focus on AI/ML solutions.

Implement and optimize machine learning models, data pipelines and APIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.

Write high-quality, efficient and maintainable code with proper testing and documentation.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML and Python development.

Stay updated with the latest frameworks, libraries and tools to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms and system design.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
  • Solid understanding of databases, APIs and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models or Agentic AI.
  • Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.
  • Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.
