Expert Python Developer Needed

We are seeking a seasoned Python developer with 5-16 years of experience to fill a key role in our organization.

  • Proficient in Python with hands-on experience using Pandas for large dataset processing and data analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of ETL frameworks and pipeline automation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch: indexing, querying, and optimizing for performance to enhance customer experiences.
  • Strong command of Hive SQL and working with distributed data systems to support data-driven decision making.
  • Experience building APIs using Flask or similar Python frameworks to facilitate secure data exchange.
  • Understanding of data modeling, schema design, and workflow orchestration to ensure seamless data flows.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and automate scalable ETL workflows using Python and Pandas to streamline data processing.
  • Implement and manage data ingestion and transformation processes using Hive SQL for data warehousing and analytics.
  • Configure, monitor, and optimize Elasticsearch clusters for indexing, searching, and analytics performance to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Flask to facilitate secure data exchange and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineering teams to support data-driven applications and reporting tools.
  • Evaluate high standards of data quality, reliability, and integrity throughout the pipeline to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness.
  • Monitor performance, debug issues, and tune queries for maximum efficiency to meet business objectives.
  • Document data flows, pipeline architecture, and automation logic clearly to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
