Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Manage campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance funnels and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest growth hacks, tools, and channels.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0–5 years of experience (internships/projects count—mindset matters more than CV).
  • Curious, hands-on individuals who enjoy learning by doing.
  • Comfortable with numbers and testing hypotheses (basic Excel/Sheets, GA, or similar).
  • Not afraid to get scrappy and take initiative when needed.
  • Bonus points if you've dabbled in meta ads, Google Ads, SEO, content creation, or no-code tools.
