Job Title: Fashion Designer

A dynamic and creative fashion designer is required to lead the development of westernwear clothing with a focus on womenswear and woven garments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating new designs, overseeing production, and ensuring that high-quality products are delivered to clients in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trend Forecasting: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends to ensure our brand remains ahead of the curve.
  • Collection Development: From concept to execution, develop and implement new collections that meet the demands of our target market.
  • Order Execution: Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients, maintaining strong relationships through effective communication.
  • Client Interaction: Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
  • Exhibition Participation: Showcase designs to industry professionals, generating interest and driving sales.
  • Store Onboarding: Ensure seamless customer experiences by effectively onboarding stores and training staff.
  • Cost Management: Manage budgets and expenses effectively, ensuring the financial health of the business.
  • Collaboration with Pattern Makers and Tailors: Work closely with pattern makers and tailors to ensure high-quality products.
  • Vendor Coordination: Source materials and services efficiently, building strong relationships with suppliers.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate in fashion designing from a reputable college.
  • Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
