Job Overview
The Executive Banquet Director is a pivotal role within Marriott International, responsible for overseeing the entire banquet operations process. Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, food and beverage, or a related field is required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams, driving growth, and delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
