About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Professional to join our team. As a key member of our AI adoption team, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying AI solutions that transform business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications that integrate into business workflows, leveraging Generative AI models and RAG frameworks.
  • Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model development, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into workstreams, enabling automation and boosting productivity in professional services.
  • Apply expertise in traditional machine learning techniques to enhance existing solutions and develop new ones.
  • Fine-tune large language models and implement RAG techniques to provide real-time, data-driven insights and decision support.
  • Work with databases to support data-driven AI models, ensuring efficient storage, access, and preprocessing of large datasets.
  • Continuously optimize model performance to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency in a cloud-based environment.
  • Monitor and maintain production models, using feedback loops and A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements and incorporate them into AI solutions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists, contributing to a collaborative and innovative culture.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on traditional machine learning and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Proven experience in developing Generative AI-based applications with actual users.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning techniques, including deep learning and traditional ML methods.
  • Experience fine-tuning large language models and applying Retrieval-Augmented Generation for business applications.
  • Proficient with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and handling large datasets in production environments.
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and programming languages like Python.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models at scale.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
