Challenge Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AI Innovation Engineer I to drive generative AI initiatives within our tech team at ZYOD. This essential role involves designing and building scalable generative AI models and solutions that drive innovation in the fashion tech space. The successful candidate will transform user inputs into realistic outputs through AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and Develop AI Models : Create scalable generative AI models that generate realistic dress images from text-based user descriptions.
  • Model Training and Fine-Tuning : Develop, train, and fine-tune generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, VAEs, GANs) for applications such as text generation, image synthesis, and more.
  • Machine Learning Pipeline Management : Design, implement, and manage machine learning pipelines for production-level generative AI applications.
  • Model Optimization : Optimise model performance through fine-tuning, hyperparameter tuning, and advanced techniques.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and data science, to build and integrate AI-driven features.
  • Cloud Deployment : Deploy and scale AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Industry Knowledge : Stay current with the latest trends, advancements, and research in the field of generative AI.
  • AI Ethics : Ensure AI ethics, fairness, and transparency by identifying and mitigating potential biases in models and applications.

Requirements :

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Experience :

1 - 2 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI, with a focus on building and deploying generative models (GANs, VAEs, transformers, etc.).

Technical Skills :

  • Generative AI Experience : Strong experience with generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, transformers).
  • Machine Learning Expertise : Proficiency in building, training, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Model Optimization Techniques : Experience with fine-tuning, hyperparameter, optimization, and advanced ML techniques.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous Experience :

Previous experience with image synthesis or fashion-related AI applications.

Industry Knowledge :

Familiarity with generative AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and specific libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, StyleGAN, and DALL-E.
