System Reliability Specialist

Maintain and enhance the MFT platform and application.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain AWS instances of our MFT systems, GoAnywhere for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate to ensure system reliability, stability and scalability.
  • Design, implement and manage observability using tools like DataDog, Big Panda, and other AWS tools for real-time monitoring.
  • Develop automation for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and predictive delivery.
  • Conduct regular systems audits and performance tuning to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for process and procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 shift-based support for the applications with clear incident management.
  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot issues relating to Database, Windows, AWS resource, networking, VPCs, proxies, and CDNs, and administer high-availability clusters for business continuity.
