About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high customer satisfaction by interfacing with clients for quality assurance and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong analytical abilities, and good communication skills. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.

You will also participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. In addition, you will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Interface with clients for quality assurance and issue resolution.
  • Understand requirements, create and review designs, validate architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings.
  • Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
  • Lead and guide teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
