Software Engineer Role

  • We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • This position involves working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that align with business strategies and comply with industry standards.
  • The selected individual will provide software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.
  • Responsibilities include developing program logic for new applications, analyzing and modifying logic in existing applications, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, implementing, and maintaining software applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7-12 years of overall experience is required.
  • 5+ years of development experience in Connex on HP is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with SCOBOL, Tandem, and Non-Stop SQL is essential.
  • Experience with build tools like Bit Bucket, SVN, GIT, and Maven is also necessary.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills and organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
