Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the highest level of software quality.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • To develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • To analyze and report on testing results, providing actionable recommendations for process improvements and defect resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Python and C programming languages.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as SVN or Git.
  • Knowledge of ISO26262 and ISTQB certifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
