Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the quality of our product.
  • The successful candidate will be involved in developing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams.
  • This role requires a solid understanding of testing methodologies, defect tracking tools, and agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product quality.
  • Identify and track defects using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, JMeter, and Postman.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
