Job Title: Maintenance HOD - Plant Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance HOD - Plant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, including the management of maintenance teams, equipment, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the maintenance of all plant equipment and machinery
  2. Manage maintenance teams and ensure they are equipped with the necessary resources
  3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs
  4. Monitor and analyze maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement
  5. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure the effective operation of the plant

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in a maintenance or operations management role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and improving maintenance performance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with plant operations and maintenance software and systems
