Financial Leadership Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Leader to oversee our company's financial reporting and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing monthly financial statements, maintaining management information systems (MIS) reports, and supervising accounts receivable and payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare and submit financial statements to executive management for review, including budgeting, cash flow, turnover, customer outstanding, and collection statement.
  • Audit Compliance: Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and assessments, including income tax (TDS, transfer pricing, advance tax projections & routine implications), GST, and provident fund.
  • Tally Prime Integration: Automate the invoice process and expense module to integrate Tally Prime with banking, sales & purchase ERPs solution.
  • External Audit Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with external auditors for successful completion of annual audit and completion of appropriate ROC / MCA filings.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Professional Qualifications: CA or M.Com degree.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 15+ years' experience in the manufacturing or forging industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting packages (Tally Features), Excel, and auditing & accounting reporting standards applicable to SMEs.
  • Liaison Skills: Ability to liaison with auditors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
