As Practicology's SEO Content Assistant, you will be driven by delivery excellence and professionalism.

Reporting to the Content Manager, you will work closely with the Digital Agency team.

Key Outcomes

  1. Effectively support the content team in responding to client queries.
  2. Execute all client deliverables and communications in line with Practicology best practices and training
  3. Escalate client problems or issues with line managers in advance of them arising, or as soon as these occur
  4. Provide meta data recommendations based on optimal keyword selection
  5. Conduct Keyword Research & Keyword Mapping,
  6. Develop content briefs that are not only SEO-driven but can be leveraged through social channels
  7. Keep up to date on new developments in SEO, actively researching, testing and proposing new approaches to improving search engine rankings
  8. Become proficient and confident in Google Analytics and Data Studio to effectively understand and report on content performance.
  9. Support your Line Manager in developing content proposals for new business opportunities
  10. Grow existing client engagements by identifying opportunity areas and selling-in to clients

Requirements

  • Have at least 1 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of creating high quality content for the digital environment
  • This role would benefit a recent graduate qualified in marketing, journalism, design or communications with a keen interest in digital and ecommerce
  • Applicants must be permitted to work permanently in Australia with no restriction on hours
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written,
  • First-class ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable use of adapting to different brand tone of voice in different contexts
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Having previous experience working with ecommerce clients would be highly regarded
  • Being familiar with SEO copywriting best practice standards would be highly regarded
