Maintenance / Production / Quality Control Apprenticeship

Job Description:

As a Maintenance / Production / Quality Control Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop skills in mechanical or electrical concepts, machine operation, and quality control. You will work alongside experienced technicians and engineers to gain hands-on experience and learn from them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production activities on the shop floor and conduct final product quality checks.
  • Support machine operators during shifts and assist in basic maintenance tasks.
  • Contribute to achieving daily production targets and collaborate with production teams, maintenance staff, and quality inspectors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Technical aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical concepts is advantageous.
  2. Communication skills: Clear verbal communication to understand instructions and report progress.
  3. Problem-solving ability: Willingness to identify issues and suggest solutions to supervisors.
  4. Attention to detail: Careful execution of tasks to maintain quality standards.
  5. Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work effectively with production teams, maintenance staff, and quality inspectors.
  6. Time management: Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  7. Safety awareness: Commitment to following safety procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE).

  9. Work ethic: Punctuality, reliability, and dedication to completing assigned tasks.
