Expert Project Manager for E2E Transition

We are seeking a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale migration projects, particularly in non-financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process flow mapping, data analysis, and documentation.

  • 16+ years of IT project management experience with a focus on varied functions, including application and infrastructure delivery and migration.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing mid-to-large scale migration projects.
  • Proficient in using MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience with data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation.
Project Management Skills
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification is desirable.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will lead multiple transition projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, establish robust governance, and transparently report status to clients and internal stakeholders. They will also identify and report project risks, capture learning and best practices, and deliver trainings to internal managers.
