Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

This role involves leading a team in designing and developing software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Development: Design and develop scalable and efficient system architectures that meet user needs and business requirements.
  • Application Performance: Create and validate application performance metrics to ensure seamless integration between component systems.
  • Process Flow and Documentation: Develop process flow diagrams, technical documentation, and system specifications to support project goals.
  • System Solutions: Design and implement system solutions, including custom applications and enhancements to existing applications.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
  • Legacy System Migration: Lead the migration from monolithic platforms to a loosely coupled, event-driven, microservices-based architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in modern development stacks, including Golang, Kafka, and REST APIs.
  • Databases: Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or Cassandra.
  • APIs and Containerization: Expertise in designing and developing high-performance REST APIs and hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Agile Environment: Extensive experience in application design, software development, and testing within Agile environments.
  • Collaboration Tools: Proficiency with Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Self-Motivation: A self-motivated individual with a passion for innovative solutions and a strong technical acumen to drive impactful results.
