Serve as a key subject matter expert and lead functional consultant across multiple T24 modules including TPH, Trade Finance, AA-Retail, AA-Deposits, Securities (SC), and Treasury.



Conduct comprehensive business analysis to capture, assess, and translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with T24 capabilities. Conduct in-depth process mapping and parameter setup within T24 modules to meet regulatory requirements.

Leverage extensive experience in core banking processes and support system enhancements or changes. Map business processes to T24 functionalities, ensuring optimal alignment and efficient system usage.

Provide user management and support, including role configuration, access rights, and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to support T24 implementation and optimization.

Offer functional expertise during system integration, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Conduct functional training and workshops for stakeholders to enhance system adoption and user competency.

A minimum of 10 years' experience is required as a business analyst of functional consultant (not only testing or QA).

T24 module experience across TPH, Trade finance, AA-Retail, AA- Deposits, SC (securities) and Treasury functional consultants is essential. Strong hands-on work experience in setting up parameters and configuration is necessary.

TAABS experience is crucial. Solid user management skills and the ability to map business needs to T24 in the functional area are required. A good technical background in Temenos T24 will be an added advantage.
