Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) program.

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment of Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Assembly, Testing, and Cost guidelines for NPIs. You will collaborate with the Design Engineering Team to drive DFM aspects in NPIs, provide technical support to all Global Manufacturing lines, and support/drive localization activities, cost productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying DFx guidelines for NPI program
  • Collaborating with Design Engineering Team to drive DFM aspects in NPIs
  • Providing technical support to all Global Manufacturing lines
  • Supporting/driving localization activities, cost productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
  • 10-15 years of relative experience

Preferred skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Hands-on CAD software experience - Creo/Solidworks, DFM Pro, and other DFM software
  • Experience in cost and quality improvement projects
  • Awareness of different quality standards
  • Solid grasp of engineering principles, theory, and practice as well as product knowledge
  • Experience in product performance, prototyping, and testing
  • Exposure/experience to working in a global engineering team environment
