The Role

As a creative and environmentally-conscious Graphic Designer, you'll create visually compelling designs that not only look good but also do good, working across sustainable brands in recycling, composting, vegan products, water conservation, carbon reduction, and ethical fashion.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and create original, purpose-driven designs for sustainable brands across digital and print media.
  • Craft visual stories that authentically communicate environmental and social impact.
  • Design social media content, infographics, branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials inspiring climate-positive action.
  • Create illustrations, moodboards, and visual assets aligning with our climate-forward ethos.
  • Transform complex sustainability concepts into accessible, engaging visuals.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience with both digital and print design formats.
  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches.
