Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in MS Dynamic CRM + TOSCA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full life cycle implementation across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant and at least 2 years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 2016-2015.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate with development team to provide better understanding of the business users' needs and help resolve any queries related to the requirements.
  • Document the business requirements, review them with the business and technology teams, and obtain customer acceptance for the same.
  • Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios.
  • Implement SSRS reporting services and ensure seamless integration with MS CRM.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules.
  • Experience of working on Agile or Waterfall approach depending on the business requirements.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI and Dynamics 365 Common Data Model.
  • Good communication skills and ability to address user queries effectively.
