Production Manager Molding

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee our molding operations.

  • Job Description:
  • Maintain high-quality standards in production scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing lead times.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Mechanical Engineering Graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 12-15 years of experience in production management, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Skills:
  • Technical knowledge of molding processes and materials.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of APQP documentation, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan.
  • Knowledge of SAP and DOE for the molding process.
  • Familiarity with molding machine specifications and selection.
