About the Role
This full-time position involves managing and automating operating system provisioning using Kubernetes Cluster API and scalable PXE boot mechanisms. You'll work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable system deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provisioning of Operating Systems using Kubernetes Cluster API.
  • Kubernetes cluster management and optimization for production workloads.
  • Kubernetes authentication mechanism implementation and management (RBAC and service accounts).
  • Automated system deployment and configuration through scripts and tools development.
  • Maintaining the stability, security, and scalability of Kubernetes clusters.
  • Integration of system provisioning with CI/CD pipelines through collaboration with DevOps and infrastructure teams.
  • Monitoring of system performance and troubleshooting issues related to provisioning and configuration.
  • Documentation of processes and configuration management database maintenance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in system administration with a focus on operating system provisioning.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes Cluster API and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and core concepts.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Experience with Kubernetes authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., RBAC, service accounts, OIDC).

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role offers equity and subsidized benefits.
