Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert with practical experience in developing and deploying intelligent systems at scale. Your contributions will drive our platform's advanced intelligence, allowing it to conduct root cause analysis and automated remediation in demanding settings.

This position bridges research and production expertise. You will experiment with cutting-edge concepts and implement them into high-performance, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

  • Intelligent System Development: Design, implement, and deploy agents that operate reliably under enterprise constraints.
  • Agent Research: Develop and test reasoning workflows and tool-use policies specifically tailored for large-scale data.
  • Training & Alignment: Utilize techniques such as fine-tuning and reward modeling to ensure AI behavior aligns with real workflows, avoiding reliance on toy datasets.
  • Synthetic Data Generation: Create pipelines for producing synthetic incidents used for training and benchmarking.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and product leaders to incorporate research into the platform.
  • Production Excellence: Design systems with built-in observability, monitoring, and CI/CD processes, ensuring failover, rollback, and resilience capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI systems at scale.
  • Strong foundation in deep learning or reinforcement learning.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and synthetic data generation.
  • Proven track record of shipping AI systems into production.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and MLOps tooling.
  • Comfort working with large-scale data streams and vector databases.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate across teams.
