Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), recommendation engines, and predictive models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI systems that ensure model performance, scalability, monitoring, and explainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI/ML into our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain advanced algorithms and models using Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, informing data-driven decision making.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong expertise in Python programming and familiarity with popular ML frameworks.
  • Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
  • Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD for production ML.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
