As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes for technical, sales, and operations roles. Your primary focus will be on building a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and employer branding.

  • Manage recruitment processes from initial applicant screening to final interview selection.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters and vendors to ensure optimal hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key skill sets and provide guidance on effective interviewing techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
