Objective:

  • We are seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned project manager to take on a challenging Transition role in a Property and Casualty domain setting.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading multiple Transition projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers to drive project success.
  • Developing and implementing robust governance frameworks to track deliverables and report status to stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, and capturing learning and best practices for future projects.
  • Delivering training sessions to internal managers on our organization's Transition methodology and approach.

Requirements:

  • 16+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on varied functions majorly non F&A functions (with some application and infrastructure) delivery and migration.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing mid/large-scale migration projects.
  • Proficiency in using MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
