We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Experience Developer to join our team at Emeritus. This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and technology-enabled learning solutions to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, interactive learning content using various tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and learner needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide coaching and support to junior team members to help them grow professionally.
- Analyze learning metrics and provide actionable insights to inform future development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve learning experiences.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, or related field.
- Proven track record of designing and developing high-quality learning content that drives business results.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and technology-enabled learning solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
