Job Summary:

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role involves configuring and troubleshooting servers, networks, and enterprise applications, as well as implementing security protocols and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and troubleshooting servers, networks, and enterprise applications
  • Implementing security protocols and system upgrades
  • Providing technical support and automating processes
  • Collaborating with teams to enhance system efficiency
  • Ensuring IT infrastructure aligns with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 security and compliance standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Windows administration, virtualization, and IT security
  • Experience with Azure & Local Active Directory user and group administration
  • Knowledge of patch and vulnerability management, including OS updates, application patching, and security hardening
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, VLANs, IP subnetting, and 802
  • 6+ years of experience in System Administration
