As a seasoned data engineer, you will be pivotal in our organization's data-driven strategy. Your expertise in Big Data and related technologies will be instrumental in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will design, develop, and deploy large-scale data processing systems using Apache Spark to drive business insights.
  • Your role will involve developing high-quality, efficient code in Python for data analysis and visualization.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources, including RDBMS, ERP, and files.
  • You will lead the development of stream-processing systems using technologies like Apache Storm or Spark-Streaming.
  • You will optimize the performance of Spark Jobs and refine data processing pipelines.
  • You will work with cloud-based native data services like AZURE Databricks.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Big Data & Data related technology is required.
  • Expert-level understanding of distributed computing principles is essential.
  • Expert-level knowledge and experience in Apache Spark are mandatory.
  • Hands-on programming with Python is a must.
  • Proficiency with Hadoop v2, Map Reduce, HDFS, Sqoop is necessary.
  • Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ is desirable.
  • A good understanding of Big Data querying tools like Hive and Impala is beneficial.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ETL techniques and frameworks is essential.
  • The ability to lead a team efficiently is crucial.
