Cloud Security Strategist

The Cloud Security Strategist will be responsible for implementing and managing DevSecOps practices across cloud environments, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud security best practices and security controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to ensure scalability and efficiency in cloud infrastructure.
  • Define, implement, and monitor IAM guardrails and access management best practices to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Support security and compliance requirements by leveraging tools like Wiz and Remote PC to detect and respond to potential threats.
  • Collaborate with system administrators and security teams to enforce cloud security posture management and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities within cloud environments to minimize risk and ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering secure cloud solutions.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, with experience designing and deploying scalable cloud architectures.
  • Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices, with a focus on automation and continuous integration.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud Security best practices and security controls, including threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
  • Experience managing systems and security in hybrid cloud environments, with a focus on interoperability and seamless integration.
