Lead Mobile Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Mobile App Lead Developer to spearhead the design, architecture, and development of our next-generation mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of modern patterns, experience in building and maintaining shared UI/component libraries for cross-platform use, and excellent leadership skills.

This is a pivotal role where you will lead a cross-platform team (iOS and Android), define technical direction, collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, high-performing mobile experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Design and implement scalable architectures using modern patterns.
  • Create and maintain modular, reusable component libraries and shared frameworks.
  • Mentor and support a team of mobile engineers through code reviews, technical sessions, and pair programming.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Ensure high standards of performance, reliability, security, and maintainability in all codebases.

Technical Requirements :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in native mobile development with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).
  • Strong command of SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, and architectural patterns like MVVM and MVI.
  • Experience in building and maintaining shared UI/component libraries for cross-platform use.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience leading agile development teams.
  • Prior work in startup or fast-growth environments.

To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of mobile app development principles, experience working with cross-functional teams, and excellent communication and project management skills.
