Job Description

The Tax Operations Associate will play a critical role in designing and implementing systems for tax functions, including client documentation, reporting and tax withholding. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement user workflows using BPMN notation
  • Manage project deliverables and tasks during development, user acceptance (UAT) and production implementation phases
  • Perform memory, thread and CPU profiling of all core features for high volume processing

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Java development experience
  • 1+ years of service-oriented architecture development experience
  • Knowledge of Web UI technologies like React and Angular
  • Familiarity with Spring Frameworks
  • Strong skills in databases like DB2, Sybase IQ, MongoDB
