About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing network services and solutions that ensure the best experience possible for our Associates and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, engineer, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN/WiFi networks for our Corporate Network product, adhering to all applicable standards, including architecture, security, privacy, compliance, etc.
  • Manage network service and circuit capacity
  • Plan and deliver projects, including hardware and software specification, vendor coordination, and full operational turnover
  • Coordinate change planning and run book review
  • Oversee third-party service providers
  • Possess level 3 escalation support for operational issues and/or outages
  • Collaborate with other key teams, including Network Architects, Test and Certification, Information Security, Finance, Procurement, etc.
RequirementsTechnical Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in enterprise networking, with a focus on wireless, SD-WAN, and LAN infrastructure
  • Expertise in enterprise wireless protocols, RF site surveys, and security best practices
  • Hands-on experience with deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of platforms like MIST AI, Cisco Wireless, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding and implementation experience with fabric-based LAN architectures (e.g., Cisco LAN Fabric, HP Flex Fabric)
  • Proficient in layer 2/3 networking concepts, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and multicast
  • Skilled in network monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tools (e.g. Wireshark, Net Brain, Thousand Eyes, AdeM)
  • Knowledge of telco and ISP networks, ensuring diversity and managing availability

  • Ability to lead network design and implementation projects independently or as part of a team
  • Capacity to work non-standard hours during change implementations and service restoration efforts
Education and Certifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience/certification
