
Digital Fundraising Specialist

As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective Google Ads campaigns that drive donations and contribute to our fundraising goals.
Your primary objective will be to maximize the return on investment (ROI) of our Google Ads campaigns while ensuring efficient budget utilization.
You will conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and optimize results.
Additionally, you will track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision making.
To achieve these objectives, you will collaborate closely with our creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
Staying up-to-date with the latest Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies is essential for your success in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desired but not mandatory if experienced).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing, preferably in the Indian market.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Metrics for Success:
- Achieving and maintaining a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2+ across campaigns.
- Consistently growing donation volumes and expanding the donor base.
