City Growth Strategist

The primary objective of this position is to spearhead business development and expansion in assigned cities or regions. Key requirements include a deep understanding of healthcare financing, along with the ability to foster strategic alliances with medical professionals and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors and hospitals to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans through our platform.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams to ensure target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional development.
  • Identify new opportunities for crowdfunding and lending by assessing patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
  • Establish revenue goals and manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to refine lending solutions.
  • Ensure seamless lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered NBFCs/fintech lenders.
  • Take full ownership of city-level profit and loss statements, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the healthcare or startup sectors.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within designated regions.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in managing large field sales teams or partner networks.
  • Experience in retail financial services (e.g., selling loans, EMIs, insurance).
