Visual Content Specialist Job Description

Raahgiri Foundation seeks a talented Visual Content Specialist to create captivating visual content that supports the organization's mission of promoting sustainable urban mobility and community engagement.

You will work closely with the communications and program teams to design materials for campaigns, events, and reports, helping to tell the story of our work in a powerful and accessible way.

About the Role
  • Create compelling visual concepts and designs for print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Develop infographics, presentations, and other visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Design materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
  • Transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts.
  • Create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
  • Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools.
