Job Title: AI Automation Expert

A forward-thinking company is seeking a hands-on AI Automation Expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents across departments using Microsoft Co-Pilot.

This individual will be responsible for streamlining workflows, enhancing training, improving documentation access, and simulating real-world scenarios for role-based development and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AI agents tailored to departmental needs.
  • Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of how AI tools can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency.
  • Background in working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.

This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and plays an instrumental part in building and scaling our enterprise AI capabilities over time.
