Job Title: Cloud Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned cloud architect with 7+ years of experience in software development and cloud infrastructure to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex cloud architecture using AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply knowledge to improve existing processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on cloud architecture and full stack development.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Node.js.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native application design.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and serverless computing.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  • Solid understanding of database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Master's degree in a related STEM field.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and projects, with strong project management skills.
